earnings and livings!

everyone's lifestyle is modified to suit their budget.but the cost of living has been rising steadily for the last few years.not so suprisingly the salaries of so many people has not risen the same way prompting many people to take up two jobs instead of one.in this day and age it is not a suprise to find someone doing two jobs instead of one,this is after all the age of multi tasking.but with everyone concerned about his/her lifestyle requirements,when on earth would the living costs match the salaries that each and every employee is beiong paid?should'nt this issue be addresses in the private sector since the government already has addresses this issue to a certian depth for the 'government employees only'.
